The owner served as chief baker at Hotel Nikko Alivila and his special bread uses Japanese flour,original natural yeast, and minerals from Okinawa's sea water. Some of the unusual breads offered include squid ink garlic and takana bread. Handmade, original pasta and bread gratin are also popular items on the menu. Lunchtimes feature all-you-can-eat bread!
