Nikunosaburo has the reputation for serving locally bred beef (which took home the Award of Excellence at Okinawa’s prefectural fair) for a reasonable price. Their perfectly marbled “Tokusen Misuji” (select rib meat) goes for ¥1,500, and ¥700 for their special boneless Japanese beef short rib. Professional baseball players also visit during training camp season. This and the restaurant's 30-year history certifies the quality and taste of their meat.
